European English Resources
The definition of European English is: a) the English language widely used by European establishments, organisations and official bodies; b) the English language used in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Malta and Gibraltar.
In other words, European English is the form of English language that is spoken within the confines of Europe.
It is widely argued that English belongs to those who actually use it and therefore has the potential to be part of the European identity.
